Can you provide graphic design services not listed on your site?

Absolutely! It’s tough to list every graphic design service out there. Whether it’s for digital, print, or even coding, chances are I can handle it.

My range of services here at Higher Blend covers a wide array: from branding to website coding, graphics user experience, interface design, illustrations, product photography, presentations, SEO, to website marketing, and beyond.

What is the typical duration for a graphic design project?

The time-frame varies. Smaller projects might only need an hour or so, while more extensive graphic design work could stretch over several months. It all hinges on the project’s complexity and scale.

In my proposals, I include an estimated timeline. After you approve a proposal, I’ll develop a more detailed schedule, outlining regular delivery milestones, dates for client feedback, and the final deadline for project completion.

What are the payment options for graphic design services?

My billing approach here at Higher Blend is flexible and client-oriented. Here’s how I typically handle payments:

Project-Based Pricing: This is my most common billing method. We’ll discuss your project in detail and provide a clear quote before starting. Billing is usually spread out on a monthly basis throughout the project’s duration.
Hourly Rates: For clients who prefer it, I offer billing based on hourly rates. This method is fair and transparent, often used for clients who provide regular, ongoing work.
Flexible Payment Plans: Depending on the specific project and client requirements, I’m open to arranging extended payment plans.
Subscription Model: For continuous services such as hosting and website upkeep, I require a credit card on file for automated payments.
Custom Arrangements: I understand every client is unique. If you need a tailored payment solution, I’m more than willing to discuss and accommodate your specific needs.

Who owns the right to the design files after the project is completed?

Upon project completion, all rights to the design files are yours. Higher Blend will not retain any rights or ownership over your design files. You will receive not only the final deliverables but also all the source files associated with your project.

What types of file formats will I receive when my project is complete?

I’ll provide you with the formats that best suit your needs. Using industry-standard software, I can deliver your project in a wide array of file types. I’ll also make sure to discuss and agree on the required formats before starting your project.

File formats include, but are not limited to:

Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Adobe Fresco & Procreate.

Files: .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .tiff, .psd, .ai, etc

What if I don't like the design produced?

My aim is to refine your design until it meets your satisfaction. My approach is highly iterative, meaning your project is broken down into small, manageable stages. Each stage is developed with your input and approval. The process begins with thorough research, followed by understanding your unique design preferences.

Your initial design concepts will be based on these directions, focusing on a specific aspect of your project. Throughout this process, we continuously review and adjust the designs based on your feedback, ensuring the final result is something you’re delighted with.
