How do I place an order?
  • Select one of our shop categories from the menu above.
  • Click on a product from the list. Select the product options and add it to your cart. Do this a few times til you’re loaded up with all the fresh goodie’s you’ve been achin’ for. Have at it… The world is your oyster!
  • Once you’re ready to check out hover over the cart icon and click the checkout button.
  • Enter your information and proceed to checkout.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is complete
  • That’s it! You’re all finished! Now the waiting game begins..

Do you ship to my country?

Are there customs fees?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your customer is responsible for these fees.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal Checkout.

What if I don’t have PayPal?

Don’t worry, you may still pay using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex Card via PayPal without a registered account.

How do I redeem my gift card?
Locating your gift card code

Your gift card code will be a series of numbers  like the following xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx where the X’s are alphanumeric. This code would have been emailed to you when the gift certificate was purchased by the gifter.  If this email is already registered with Higher Blend, you may look your gift certificate code by going to My Account > Gift Cards to locate your gift certificate.

Applying your gift card to your purchase

Before checkout you may apply your gift certificate balance to your total. In order to do this, just click the “Have a gift card?Click here to enter your code” on the cart or checkout page to open the the Gift Card input field and apply the gift card balance to your order.

How do I check my order status?

You an check your order status anytime 24/7 by simply logging into our website. Simply click on the “Login” or “My Account” link (if you’re already logged into your account. Click on the “Orders” tab and you’ll see all of your orders as well as the order status next to each order.

When will my order ship?

Online orders take about 2-7 business days to process (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is not a guarantee. Once orders are placed, they are sent to our manufacturers to produce or pick, pack and ship. You may reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we can contact our fulfillment facility to try and cancel it for you, but once the order has been received by our fulfillment center, we can not cancel nor guarantee the order placed will be cancelled.
