Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your customer is responsible for these fees.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Online orders take about 2-7 business days to process (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Yes, we do! Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
FedEx also offers Basic shipping rates such as FedEx Ground (3-5 business days after fulfillment) and FedEx SmartPost (3-8 business days after fulfillment). Orders with these shipping rates will be fulfilled in standard time.
